Bucket list Completions:completed my first screen play, joined a theater company, did my first wine tour of interior BC, completed the Kriya Yoga initiation, been in a musical – twice, fallen in love, doing things that made a difference, bungee jumped, rappelled off a 33 story building in downtown Edmonton dressed as Lara Croft, rappelled spiderman style with an MPK5 in my hand, traveled to Hawaii & Disneyland, danced in the rain, splashed in the puddles, taken a vow of silence, done Vipassana, written a song, had a song written for me (thx T.D.!), witnessed many miracles, stood in the Ocean, witnessed the miracle of life, found the courage inside of me, learned the meaning of strength, felt the fear and did it anyways, appeared on CMT Canada, met Keith Urban at Mikado’s on 109th in Edmonton, BRC 2010 Metropolis, surfed in Tofino, picked cherries in the Okanagan, appeared in a T.V. commerical, have a credit on IMdb (Pauline Lee as Kate Buyer for “Money”), learned from my mistakes, learned the meaning of gratitude, understand that everything that happens/ed in my life has a meaning and a purpose, accepted “The Invitation” from the Oriah Mountain Dreamer, found the “FUN” in life – at last, realized that what “they” say about love, is kinda wrong; the ancient texts and books tell it like it is.
Things I’m gonna do one of these days: learn how to drift a car, learn to rappel Aussie style, travel to China and see the Great Wall, be in two places at once, find my twin flame, laugh until I cry, get my helicopter license, enter and race for a 1/4 mile, learn how to drive a right hand drive stick shift, visit Australia and New Zealand, go to Mount Shasta, be a guest and sing as Christine in a Phantom of the Opera show, stand atop a pyramid in Egypt and watch the sun set, visit Teotihuacan, have my music, work, writings and life make a positive difference and contribution to the world. Publish a book, maybe sell a screenplay, play a principle role in a major blockbuster film, make a bigger difference in the world, understand all the Insights from the Celestine Prophecy, meet the Dhali Lhama, leave the world nicer than it was when I got here….
Favorite Quotes: “Be the change you want to see in the world” – Ghandi “Love is all there is.” – Gary Zukav
“Promise me you’ll always remember: You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” – Christopher Robin

This being human is a guest house
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they are a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out for some new delight.
The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.
Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.
Favorite Poem: “Love’s Philosophy” by Percy Bysse-Shelley
